Join our group of Mums

Our small Group Training class is for every level of fitness and stage of motherhood. There’s no pressure to keep up with everyone else, you can go at your own pace and have a rest whenever you need to.

 

At Our small group training classes you’ll join a community of other mums who are welcoming, motivating and supportive.

 

We’ve got the knowledge and experience to help you return to exercise safely and ensure you remain strong enough to keep up with your rapidly growing little ones.

​

We are 100% committed to helping you safely start exercising again, no matter how long ago you had a baby. Try us out by booking a trial class.

Classes are 45 minutes.

Tues & Thurs 9:30am - 10:15am.  

Sat 7:30am - 8:15am

at my place in Mascot (Frogmore Lane)
