Our Personal Training sessions, are adapted to your varying stages of pregnancy, postnatal recovery or at any stage of motherhood. Our one-to-one’s include training, nutrition, emotional support and expert advice on what to do and what to avoid when exercising. I will work with you to create your very own customised training program which we can do together at your home or local park. I will be there for you every step of the journey. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or just feel better, I am there to motivate and safely guide you along the way. All bookings are final. No make up classes are offered for no shows. If the class is cancelled due to bad weather then a make up class will be offered. Any cancellations made within 12 hours period will be billed in full.
