PT delivers one on one training that allows you to have a tailored a program to suit you, target the areas you want to change and increase your fitness level. 

 

A personalised approach that improves your technique with your exercises to maximise your results. The benefits of having a personal trainer are endless! 

 

I will provide weight loss support, cater for beginners, intermediate and athletes, dietary advice, toning solutions, strength and cardio workouts, general counselling with your training and more.  Many of my clients mix up group classes with a PT session each week to get the best of both worlds!

How to get started:

It's Simple:

  1. Get in touch via the online form, I will give you a call (5 mins) and book you in for a Health Consult at my Benowa Studio.

  2. Come along to your Health Consult (30 mins) we find out where you are at, set goals and start planning your program. We book you in for your Initial 1-1 Coaching Session.

  3. Come along to your initial 1-1 Coaching Session (60 mins) which includes movement screen, in depth goal getting strategy and nutrition plan.

  4. Start with me! So you can get on with being the best version of you!

I’m loving my training with Deb. I’ve trained in many environments from parks, gyms, boot camps and I’m loving Deb’s home setup that is personal and smaller group setting - we aren’t just a number in a class.
